b- 10 squats

- 10 press ups

- 10 squat trusts

- 10 sit-ups

- 10 lunges on each leg

- 10 jack knife press ups

- 10 tricep dips

- 10 burpees

- 10 sit-ups with a twist

- 10 sec high knee sprints.

Beginner's repeat 3-4 times wth 30-60 secounds rest.

Intermediate repeat 5-7 times with 30-60 secounds rest.

Advanced repeat 8-10 times with 30-60 secounds rest.
