Using body weight training and incorporating cardio into the sessions, John also provides you with a dietary plan. You will achieve not only high levels of  fitness, but create perfect form and definition to your body.

3 session a week for a month   £480 (40s)

Students Rate Pay Monthly: 

 

1 session a week for a month   £160 (40s)

2 sessions a week for a month £280 (35s) 

3 sessions a week for a month £360 (30s) 

4 sessions a week for a month £400 (25s
